I didn't say there would be more qualifying opportunities. I said there will be plenty of slots for the final and there will be. There will be slots for 128 players, with only 40 pre-qualified. Just sign up before it fills when it's posted.

People are confused because announcement for the previous championships used to be big, you couldn't not know about it.
Those events were so minimally advertised that some of us completely missed the opportunity to join.

Feedback => make next qualifiers more visible

But if qualifiers are already happening and I missed them, why would I care about the main event? My chance to compete is gone, I assume?

And some of them earned it twice, so should be in hight 30s that have the availability, and then 5 or so of those aren't playing anymore. So should be 100 some open spots.

Hello! Reading through this thread, I can see some of the responses silly or lack any reading comprehension, so I understand it can be frustrating, but I'd like to ask a question.

Since the Championships auto-tournament has opened on Dec. 24th, only 7 of the pre-qualifiers have joined. Will there be a cutoff date where you open to the public early, despite all Ribbon holders not joining?

I saw that only 7 players joined, so far. we don't have set date, but I will send all qualifiers a PM and give them some time to join.

I feel the fact you went from 7 registered players to 18 1½ day after PMing them about the tournament being open shows a lot about the lack of publicity this event is getting
