As Shoop says in his rules, "There will be no mercy". Seems punishments are on their way, hopefully, FALL can get these filled before they forfeit too many more games or get disqualified.

We are aware of the 6 week deadline, and are in contact already with the CD's and opposing clan contacts.

I was not going to make a comment in the thread about FALLEN missing the 6 week deadline. I thought everything had been handled internally between the 2 clans involved and an amicable solution had been reached. However, I have been asked by several people to respond, so I will.

It was brought to my attention on Monday, May 10 that FALLEN had missed the May 9 deadline for their away invites. FALLEN had misinterpreted the rules and believed creating games included sending out home invites. They came to the agreement that they would send out invites the next day. All games were filled by Wednesday the 12th. IMO this settled the issue.

Please understand that this ruling is just for this case. This does not give clans a green light or free pass to miss deadlines.

You meant they interpreted it meant sending the invite should be done within the deadline, but not accepting them ?

Their interpretation was home deadline means creating games and sending home invites, not creating games and leaving home teams empty. They thought they had 1 week after home teams had accepted invites.

Is this over or just darn close? I thought there would be more drama.

By my count of leaners, it's not over, but we have some serious work to do in the remaining games. It's been a fun battle, but they have the edge so far.
