I am just seeking clarification. I can tell someone to f off repeatedly and keep offending someone when they tell me what I am doing is offending them.

Just good to know its a free for all.

So i am free to tell someone f off?

I am free to keep chatting the same offensive thing after i am told the person is offended?

Just good to know what is acceptable

Ignoring about a hundred plus invites in a row had something to do with that.

I'm quite certain it happens daily in game chats on here. You can foe and not worry about the person. And even if you join that person's game, the chat is then hidden.

But as it is, you've rode a pretty high horse here. Cussing first and stoking the reaction with unsubstantiated racism claims and threats to weaponize C&A is how you you escalated matters.

You're missing the point here. There is a difference between you personally being offended with what someone says towards you and language that is against the website rules.

Telling someone to "f off" may be offensive to you, but it is not against the site rules. Hence the foe option to permanently hide someone if you don't like the language they use, even if it is not against the site rules.

If someone calls me a "shitty" player, for example, I find that offensive personally, but they have done nothing to break the websites rules.

So, your sensibilities need to be catered to, but not mine?

You opened Pandora's Box. Start taking responsibility for yourself. Not once have you done that.

One you hear on regular TV the other you don't.

Also good to know if I am offended and say it that means nothing. So bully on.

A simple hey man I'm sorry would have sufficed but he got ticked because he screwed up and left me an opening to beat him.

This was already after you promised to narc on me for something I didn't do. As far as I'm concerned, the sentiment still stands.

From what I can gather here, it seems more like this is an issue of two people who thought they were friends and therefore expected a higher level of respect for each other's wishes and now they are disappointed about the way they were treated by the other.

This guy has a history of rubbing people the wrong way. When I let him in my clan, he was trying to turn a new leaf. And he was okay for a time. He then reverted to his backhanded ways. No, we were not friends. He deadbeated the clan and never made any attempt at amends (nor did I push for anything). That's why it's kind of funny that he's the one begging for an apology.

Revisionist history VOL. Never asked to be in your clan you recruited me. Then the whole clan just fell into despair. Clan wars dried up.
