Oh and one more thing.
I see that Rocketry is not a premie. I guess he's not going to give out a real CC number when he joins either, is he?

That was an issue with him already, yes. Unfortunately he was gifted premium and we had to honor that, even though he was a multi who didn't "upgrade."
So yeah, he thinks the rules don't apply to him.
