I dunno man. If I had to choose only squats or only deadlifts, it would depend on the day. I've been squatting more deadlifting less of late, but it'll reverse in 2-3 months.

I did paused squats Friday and they wrecked me had to get up and on the road Saturday morning at 5 AM and struggled with putting on shoes and socks, which means the squats did their job.

My way is easier. I use the trap bar so I get some squat and some dead lift with every pull . No equipment in the gym recruits more muscle than the trap bar.

The hex bar? I believe also called trap bar...can do a pseudo squat/DL with it...keeps form more neutral so yes that is solid piece. DB or barbell push-press or Kettlebell turkish get-up...landmine squat press all solid. You guys better get on shocked for his lack of lifting My best lift day was CL against TOFU when rockfist went like 14v 22 or something across 7 regions on europe...ya I dont forget that sh*t

I love the landmine unit ( I actually purchased the one in my gym ). I do goblet squats and sumo style squats with it.

Nothing better than the deep burn of a heavy goblet squat.

I predict a close series, and an even closer spread of increasingly unhinged Alex Jones-style mass-PMs by PaulatPeace, culminating in half the TOP leadership being banned for literally being Paul, on top of CoF and Josko both being (in their eyes) unjustly banned for account sitting abuse, leading to them leaving their current clans to co-found an entirely new clan based on the spirit of brotherhood and unbridled bitterness towards probably IcePack.

It'll be interesting to see how this goes. Despite being in TOFU for three seasons of CL and two cups this will be my first war with either of them in it. I've seen and heard enough Paula to last for many years though.
