It is conclusive. Day 1 lynches are always better. There should be a rule that a day 1 no-lynch means all town loses their powers for night 1, and so on until they pull their head out of their butt and lynch.

Thanks. Then there is probably never a good time to vote NO LYNCH. Just my guess since information increases every day, D! is the day you have the least info. Not asking, since I'm in an active game and shouldn't be asking for help.
