Oddly enough I had a mod PM me warning me about spamming recently. Turned out Owen had necrobumped a way old post, then either he or an accomplice complained. This kind of nonsense was what got Phatscotty banned back in the day.
Thankfully, the mod involved expressed his regrets over the message.
It's an odd new behaviour on Owen's part though. On that, I agree.

It's part of his MO. It's not really personal, as far as I can see. He just needs to feel like he's in control. He'll act out his fantasy of being a mod as far as possible If you want to turn the tables on him, just mention that I was asked to be a member of the moderating team.
