It should come back as a forum where every member has mod powers; it can be truly self-regulating.
Except: bans can only be for 10 mins at a time and only one edit per day is allowed.
10 min bans are served non-concurrently, so you can effectively band together and permaban, as long as each person is willing to ban every day.
