Details on the game:

The Company is in trouble. Because of all kinds of difficulties, the Company will be firing people.
Firing someone can happen in 2 ways:

1) majority vote
2) certain actions can trigger this

It is the objective of the Employees to make sure they are ones still working at the end of the game, it is the objective of the Management to get enough Employees fired so that the Company is stable again.
If, in the end, the Employees win, all fired Employees will be hired again and win with the others.

Bare with me, it's just flavour. Massclaim will not work.

Game will start in about 18 hours (about 02.00 CC time), giving everyone a chance to confirm.

(TL;DR: Lynching is replaced with a flavoured 'firing' version'. Mechanics are the same (I.e. medic can save someone from being fired for instance).

As the CEO walked away from the bulleting board, just having pinned the letter, he smiled as he heard the mumbling of his employees behind him.
'This is outrageous, they can't do this!, one of the employees said. 'They can, and they will, another spoke. 'We just need a way to stop them'.

Day 1 start. You have until Wednesday 21st January to reach majority lynch (which will result in someone getting fired). Voting no lynch is allowed. Day ends when majority is reached. If no majority by deadline, then no lynch will happen.

Because like you IB his ego gets the better of him at times. Go and look again. It wasnt the fact he got involved in the joke stage that put me on to him.
