hmm, ok. can someone please explain to me what point dumping is and why some people choose to do it? i do not understand this phenomenon at all...

Craig25 took advantage of 32 games with billy07 clearly knowing he was point dumping. What a joke of a player!

I just checked Billys games. I noticed his first game ever was a private game which he set up. His first turn he deployed and made no attack (in an escalating game makes good sense) and on his second turn took 4 seconds from deployment to attack.

So again; when someone joins games from a point dumper like that, he keeps the points?

They will give the points back fast enough anyway if their score is above their skills.
The alternative would be to take the points back and delete them - not good for the total amount of points in CC, or to give them back to the point dumper. I think I prefer the people to keep the points from the point dumper. Plus a warning not do it again and a ban at the next offense maybe.

Laughable. There is a difference between an indefinite FORUM ban, linda, and an indefinite WEBSITE ban. He wouldn't have been able to play games had he been website banned. CC had no interest in letting him spew is racist bigotry throughout the forums. Public forums anyway; he had access to private forums, as you may be aware.
