Once the winner of the mapmakers side will be determined, and currently 4 players are still in position to do so, I'll check the result in the game you already had in the game against the mapmakers winner. Whomever won that encounter will be the winner of the entire tournament!

I was just wondering. On what Map(s) do you feel the finals should be? having it on the mapmakers map will give the mapmaker an advantage. But asking the mapmaker play on another map puts this out of the context of the tourney.

This is what I'm thinking: making it best out of 3 when the original game counts as one of the games. So that will mean additional two games in the finals. Also If the contender won the regular round game he can also change the settings for the next two.

I like that. You could also do 1 game on the map makers map, one game on the map chosen by the contender (their favorite from the tourney, with their chosen settings), and one random from the tourney. This would at least keep the maps in context, allow the contender to have an advantage by picking the map and settings they are best on, and having one left to chance.

No final? Oh I must have misread it then! Yay! I only lost to RedBaron0, so I guess I won!
Thanks for the tournament BluU! It's an awesome concept and best tournament I've played up to now. I really enjoyed to play against mapmakers.

Seamus, an extra game just for fun would be nice.


Maybe next time an extra final game to determine the winner would be fun.
