i'm using a concave tool, they looked good at first but the darker the couler of the continent the worse it looks

try ust using a soft end circle brush at 3-4 px. or a pencil tool and then blur it

try using the blur tool at a large size say 100-200 px then sweep them over the boarders layer

Probably too early to point this out, and I don't know if these are intentional, but some locations in Doggerland seem to be named Doggar and Sweden is spelled Sweeden.

I can change that, i have extreamly bad spelling
doggerland seems to be spelt dogger but pronounced doggar so that can be confusing

The way the graphics are you will never get the map on the site....I like the map alot and if you want i have photoshop and can do it for you

i could name them after geographical features i.e pennines, fens, wolds ect.

tips:
1. the colors need changing they are too bright (red) or too dark (dark blue) try doing a softer looking color
2. the texture aplied to the map needs changing
3. make room for the legend and title, and your name eventually
4. the drawn see routes are too big, try a softer pencil
