Jafnhár is one of the many names that Odin (Norse religion) uses when hiding his identity. It means "of equal height" in Old Norse and Icelandic (and also "with equal score"). I guess that these Norwegians get this name from there.

I like your idea. I also think that there should be a 2 star general for 4,000 points, and eventually we'll need 3, 4 (preferably 10,000 points) and 5 star generals. But I do like the idea of something for the nubmer 1 player.
