The solution is simple, get rid of freestyle games. The concept of a freestyle game is stupid, and shortsighted. They allow a person to have TWO turns before you even go, and that can be devastating. Also you might have a set worth 70 men, but need to go to bed or work, when all you need to do is wait for someone to begin turn for you to go. Due to real life things though you are forced to log off, and then someone begins turn uses their set and wipes you out. You shouldnt lose a game simply cause you had to go to work. Get rid of freestyle games. They only cater to point hogs, and cheaters. ALL games should be sequential. PERIOD.

Very well documented Chuuuuck. An inflated rank for really a bunch of mediocre players is what it boils down to. It is quite apparent that attaining a rank that they would never attain playing like most legit players do is their goal. This is obvious as that continued doing this despite the original thread in GD. It is clear that they have no regard for the integrity of this site as they blatantly use these bullshit tactics. They my as well have the rank of cook as the star is meaningless. Zero respect for all involved as most would agree with.

Anyone else notice that they dropped the game that was quoted and snapshotted in the OP. Pretty funny.

It was ready to be played, they had all of their low rankers joined and ripe for the kill, and instead of accepting the last invite AFTER 11 DAYS of waiting, they dropped the game completely.

Why the sudden conscious? Don't think this thread could have anything to do with it, do you?

to be perfectly honest, probably because you do somehow have a point chuuck. I played like 5 or 6 games of those, I know they were not fair for team 2. I've been in many cc game ambushes, and I just wanted to advance my medal i played a few of those out of many other game modes.
I think we all know it's not completely fair, and that it's a technique commonly used. Maybe a few pack guys played a bit too much of these in the past days.
But don't worry, they are all more than legit top tier brigs (even if codeblue might not agree, but I think that our clan wars result prove we are not that mediocre). maybe they did get a bit gready to reach their first star.
I just think we all got the point and won't do it again that's why all games have been dropped.
Apologies to the CC comunity that might have been bothered by this, won't happen again, but I do think this incident showed that a change must be made in team freestyle games and the way they are initialized because starting first is a great advantage.
And I one of the guys that really thinks freestyle should be treated as a different game with a different scoreboard.

A lot of the time I think posts from your clan are very immature and on the defensive without having a real look at the situation. Every once in a while you all surprise me.

This is one of the better and most realistic posts I have read. I appreciate the efforts made. And I do appreciate the acknowledgement that it is wrong and makes the site worse in general. Thanks betiko.

Let's all get one thing straight here, this is a clear cut case of using the current system in place. A lot of people consider it abuse, which to a small degree i can see why, BUT with the current rules there is no premise on this being a major infraction case. If i was KA i would send out a warning to my clan mates to not abuse the current invite system anymore and let them make the right choice, but until they recieve some sort of warning, then why would they stop? I personally do not agree with inviting low ranks to FS games to ranch them. I do agree with Chuuuuuuck on a lot here, but until they face discipline, why jump all over them, they are all great players and guys. I think there needs to be a rule change here so this kind of thing gets abolished and we don't run into these problems.

I didn't know the person joining last could play first? Maybe just fixing that loophole could work?

Could still coordinate with their team, but how about team that joins last can't go first?

Players who do that kind of tricks in order to get medals or for getting more and more points show a low character to me and I think to the whole CC community ( except in those who does the same, i guess).

Do you want to be respected by the best players on the site? Then you only have to face them on the battlefield and win them ,and not by getting a star by playing those kind of games.Simple as that.

Not gonna lie. It's pure strategy at the heart of this matter. The court should be guided by the history and public policy of the invitation method. I liken this situation to a childish game of musical chairs. Where the ultimate goal is to be at minimum second-to-last. Timing is of the essence in such sport. A competitor's use of his innate skill to eliminate worthier competitors early on where the shuffle for a remaining seat is chaotic, proves to be the fruit of his labor later in the game when only a few chairs remain and only unworthy opponents left.

I respectfully request that this court heed this rule and decide in favor of the accused.

I like this suggestion. It seems like a large portion of the harvesting/ranching/farming problems involve freestyle play. Just get rid of it.
I large part of the problem is then solved.

If this is found guilty then they will join all games together as team 2 and take the first turn just the same.

The concept of freestyle isn't the problem and is a vital component of this site. The problem is with players manipulating the game style. A little tweaking and a couple new rules and wahlah, problem solved.

I ve said it before. Competitive speed freestyle(not farming) is one of the best things this site has to offer. The invite button abuse requires freestyle but blaming the freestyle is just silly. It is way too general. we are talking about 0.0001% of freestyle games. I find it really hard to understand how some people can be so naive to blame freestyle.

But Yeah... I know his underlings well... I know what they say and told me in the past.

Why not just make freestyle rank separate ? It is a totally diffrent game than any other two rank would be nice and seems all the complaints could vanish. Just a thought maybe we wouldn't see all these complaints.
