I thought it said "keep list -- some will be PM, some thread responses" but good idea to have ALL in thread responses. First come first served based on any communication: PM emails, Live Chat PM, Walls, etc.

as long as you post a list you should be good in the first post
I usually keep track on an excel spreadsheet and the copy and paste it in the first post. I have never heard of the confirmation that players had to post in the thread to make them officially in the tourney. Many organizers have added players to a list without those players posting in the thread. I thought the rule was up to fifty percent but things may have changed--I would not mind if Serbia clarified why they have to post in the thread
Not trying to cause trouble just wishing to find out since I have added players without them posting in the thread when they wall or pm me or when I have an over flow from another tourney and many others do as well
