Alright cool, I didn't realize you ran before....I thought you might be one of those crazed runners world advocates who thinks a solid marathon training plan consists of briskly walking 2 miles each week.

Heh heh.
Yeah, I've read about several different track tests of VO2 max. I didn't consider you using one of those methods to estimate yours.
I've got races upon races scheduled this year: 5K's, 4 milers, at least one 10K, a relay, one or two half marathons if I can fit them in. I would also like to do a marathon this year, but am not sure if I can be ready in time.

I do think exercise is important. I exercise when I can find the time, but I would like to do it more often.
