Open an e-ticket and plead your case. Opening another account is against the rules.

I am using reasoning and not dictatorial leadership. My reasoning is your account was inactivated and there is an appeals system in place, which you decided you did not need to do.

This is not true in the least. He chose the wrong method to try to argue his case.
