Okay, we have plenty of players. vragus has 48 hours to find a partner. After this is up, Denise and MikeLancelot will take his spot if he has not found a partner. The tournament will start as soon as vragus gets me his partner, or on Thursday

okay, results posted. There are still 3 ongoing games that we have to wait for before round 2 can begin. Currently 3 out of 8 Soviet Teams have advanced to Germany, and 4 out of 5 American Teams have advanced to Germany. Them East Germans are puttin' up a huge fight

The second round will come out on Thursday assuming all games are finished by then

If this is a race, how is it fair that there are 8 soviet teams and only 5 americans? We have to beat 7 others, but the americans only have to beat 4 others? Or am i missing something?

I think we are in a race against every other team, not just the ones from the opposing country.

ok yes your all trying to take berlin. A race between 2 sides , you have to be the first of your side (russian or american) to win in berlin. if you accomplish this you square off against the opposite forces who have already reached Berlin. there are 8 soviet and 8 american squads when we started so i dont no what jrh meant there. double checking.
