I am sure a judge could have been found THAT MAY have been willing to listen to whatever evidence was presented. I have heard of NO such EVIDENCE, but have heard some SPECULATION by a few conservative talking heads. Yes, there may have been a few questionable votes cast, but NOT ENOUGH to change the election in ANY of the KEY BATTLE ground states.

The Kabul Katastrophe is worth at least 3-4 more points. Ideally inflation and crime will stay high for the next 12 months which should be enough to pull him down to about 38% by a year from November. And after that, we'll have the majority and can organize 30 different investigative committees to probe into every aspect of his life and each member of his family in a 24/7 CSPAN marathon.

This is assuming he isn't removed before next year. Even his own party is investigating him now.

Biden's exit strategy in Afghanistan was truly awful, and us in Europe will pay a heavy price. Let's face it though, Biden is little more than a scarecrow and the media seem absolutely fine with his decision.
