Is it then become necessary, that a free people should first resign their right of suffrage into other hands besides their own, and then, secondly, that they to whom they resign it should be compelled to choose men, whose persons, characters, manners, or principles they know nothing of? And, after all (excepting some such change as is not likely to happen twice in the same century) to intrust Congress with the final decision at last? Is it necessary, is it rational, that the sacred rights of mankind should thus dwindle down to Electors of electors, and those again electors of other electors? This seems to be degrading them even below the prophetical curse denounced by the good old patriarch, on the offspring of his degenerate son: "servant of servant."
Delegation is a positive actual investiture. Therefore if any people are subjected to an authority which they have not thus actually chosen-even though they may have tamely submitted to it-yet it is not their legitimate government. They are wholly passive, and as far as they are so, are in a state of slavery.

An editorial by Republicus (possibly Patrick Henry or Melancton Smith), appearing in the Kentucky Gazette in 1788, against the proposed Electoral College, saying it will lead to a system even more "degenerate" than the Catholic church.

But no one will care. Because they didn't care when he met with a Saudi Israbian cannibal last year ... so now that's where the bar is set ... if you're John McCain you have to get photographed meeting with someone crazier than a cannibal for anyone to notice.

My honorouble friend, I charge you with distorting facts. While most of your facts are acturally true, the following is distorted.
No, we dont who is behind. Both the transcript and further clarifications from Estonian government make it clear that it is just one of the theories that the snipers were brought in by protesters. They consider this scenario credible but not definite.
That is clearly not true. All the key positions in the revolutionary government are with Bat'kyvschina. Svoboda is the second, much smaller player there.
If you look at the definition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo-Nazism, it is clear that, while Svoboda is a bunch of nasty thugs, they are hardly neo-nazis. They are followers of Stepan Bandera http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stepan_Bandera, nasty, yet extremely complex character. He did have a period of collaboration with Nazis, indeed, but he later fought them in earnest, exactly as Uncle Stalin
There is no evidence of this, in particular, of any thought process in the US foreign policy on Ukraine. If they did think, they would just shut up and let Angela Merkel handle it, the only world leader with both balls and brains
to handle this situation.

Congratulations people of Donetsk!
Pro-Kremlin protesters have taken control of the prosecutors office in the eastern Ukranian city of Donetsk.
In addition demonstrators have occupied the security service headquarters.
The offices of the Industrial Union of Donbass, which is chaired by the city’s governor oligarch Serhiy Taruta, have also been taken over by pro-Kremlin groups.
Protesters are demanding a referendum similar to the one in Crimea.

And since only very few Russian officials were targeted by American and EU sanctions, Russian lawmakers demand all of them to be enlisted so Russia can free South Eastern Ukraine.

What does "pro-Kremlin" mean?
Does Eronews think the protesters are linked to x-KGB agents?*

They got a niche for hosting libertarian views too. Anything that's anti-US expansion is their schtick.
I kinda like that, but it makes me cautious because a too-docile US is great for aggressive Russian policy.

The best way to get to the truth is to take CNN, BBC as Western side and RT as Russian side, combine the info they post and divide by 2. Its far from accurate method but its much closer and more objective.
For example for the killing of 2 solders in Crimea yesterday CNN and BBC accused Russian forces but it might turn out to be orchestrated from Kiev in a similar manner as with Kiev protests.

I'm not sure many people will believe that the Kremlin sponsored propaganda from RT is in any way accurate.

And the same doesn't apply for CNN or BBC? If so you should consider widening your perspectives
Usually the victorious are writing history but sometimes there is no victorious so If you take for example the Crusades you can read 2 largely different histories. The western one and Arabic one. The truth is somewhere in the middle.

Apparently I don't understand the verb "elaborate", that is, in my thinking, that I'd like him to develop or expand his thoughts.

The only thing he can do is repeat the exact same points as before except with a greater number of words, and that's just going to confuse you even more. Maybe you'd best take a quick nap and freshen up that noggin of yours beforehand.

The elaboration: If someone is shaping his views from only one source(or sources that have mutual origin) then his opinions will be influenced by only that one source without mechanism for reducing misinformations to tolerable level. Perfect example for this are Crusader wars. Western view and Arab view about those events are different. Since I don't know the truth(nor I have a mechanism to determine the truth) I simply take the middle of both views, which is not the actual truth but its much closer to the truth then any of the views.
Picture bellow shows horse but his eyes vision is deliberately shortened so he can concentrate on the work. Relying on one source(or sources that have mutual origin) for shaping an opinion puts someone in not very different position then the horse bellow. Tho its up to someone if he/she decides to ignore everything and live in closed box.

P.S. So you wont understand me wrong I'm not saying that you are horse, nor that I was horse for considering the western view for the Crusaders as truth for long time.

Re: Congratulations people of Crimea
GoranZ is spot-on. RT - like other nations foreign service broadcasters (Voice of America, BBC World Service, Deutsche Welle) - may be propaganda but effective propaganda can never contain outright lies or it will be rejected by the receiver.
If you take RT and ignore their "expert analysis" (usually crackpots like Webster Tarpley and Jesse Ventura), and are careful to only observe their firsthand reports (versus those credited to secondary sources) there's usually nothing that isn't as factual as what western media report. See: Bias in Reporting on North Korea.
