So you're claiming masons? L-2 usually means roleclaim right?

Claiming masons?

"Geb, husband of Nut and Father of the Egyptian gods has demanded justice and will stop at nothing to see his lover avenged. Justice will prevail and the treacherous will meet their deserved fate."

It's a solid claim as it's been mentioned in the opening scene.

Sorry, I didn't realize it was merely scene flavor. I thought you were trying to softclaim a mason role.

Unvote. Can't argue with flavor.

On another note, I assume if there are any other investigative roles out there (watcher, tracker), that they haven't found anything?

Alright, with 3 solid town claims, a probable 3 mafia, and 8 total players alive, here's my analysis:

    1. Strike Wolf - unclaimed, behavior has been questionable
    4. Safariguy5 - unclaimed, though I and others have gotten town vibes
    5. Commander9 Replaced by Mr. S - unclaimed, acted strange regarding jonty, but seemed willing to claim
    6. TA1LGUNN3R - inactive
    7. Violet - claimed Bast (cop)
    8. jonty125 - claimed Ra (one-shot vig)
    10. Victor Sullivan - unclaimed, town according to myself and VioIet, apparently
    11. MeDeFe - claimed Geb (role?)
Well, assuming there are 3 mafia, as MeDeFe seemed to think, my bet is on strike wolf, Mr. Squirrel and Tails. Given that Tails is inactive, he's probably not helping the mafia much, so I think I'm going to go back to the case on Mr. Squirrel, which never really got resolved: vote Mr. Squirrel.

I have a better idea. I'm gonna claim now. I'm Osiris. God of the underworld. Third party mason with Rodion, Aken the ferryman. My role is that I can revive rodion whenever he dies.

I have a message to the scum. I'm assuming there is three of you (Anubis, Ammit, and someone else if I read the scenes right). I am willing to work with you. With all of our votes together, the the town can't force a lynch. Overnight I can revive rodion and we can force a lynch on the town day 4, securing a win for all of us. All we have to do is force a no lynch today.

Town, don't even think about trying to get a lynch on me. Here is the current setup:

3 scum
4 town
1 third party (me)

If you lynch me, then you are down to only four in number and the scum will kill at night to win. Your only option today is to kill a scum, but if I don't vote, then you cannot do so.

Well ain't that shit... I was pretty suspicious of you Mr. Squirrel whilst I was reading up. It would benefit scum just as much to lynch you too. So nobody lynch him.

Right now I've kinda noticed a strike+saf pairing... And this contradiction by Saf has made me suspicious of him:

saf wrote:I think the case on Sully is sound logic MeDeFe, but I also would add that deadline pressure does tend to force bandwagon building either way. The problem I see right now is the large number of less active people who will seriously lower our ability to get to lynches later on in the game. But for now, I'm willing to follow the case.

vote Victor Sullivan

Sully- Again with the pressuring or something about voting, not really seeing anything there.

He supports MeDeFe on a previous day, then later claims the case on Victor isn't great, which I find interesting because of the public opinions that have swayed in the time lapsed. When he voted for Victor, Violet had not yet soft-cleared him, and MeDeFe wasn't under any suspicion yet. Now that Victor is "cleared" by Vio (which must be some flavor info or something since she's claimed that she's been roleblocked both nights) and MeDeFe is under pressure he's flip-flopped.

This clearly would benefit a scum team so close to a win.

vote Saf

Well if Mr. Squirrel is willing to team with the scum team, I'm all for it. Too little too late Tails, although that one-shot vig kill really helped us.

Lol. Even today I didn't see this happening. If it is an obvious stalemate for the remainder of the day I will advance to night with a no lynch rather then force everyone to wait a week.

We were at lylo today, and if town doesn't lynch, it looks as though we will lose for sure.

Likely to vote in Scum's Favor
Squirrel
Strikewolf
Safari

Likely to Vote in Town's Favor
Me-
MeDeFe-
Jonty-

Victor??-
Tails??-

Just trying to list probably scum and townies. If Tails and Victor are both town- we can still win this.

Victor is not town... The setup that Squirrel posted is probably correct. Without Squirrel's help, we can't win this. And if he sides with scum, he wins tonight, instead of a long drawn out possible win (which would require careful planning on any protects/switches that town may have--just general luck) with town. So it's definitely in Squirrel's interest to side with scum rather than town because just one more townie has to die so that scum+3rd party win, whereas if he decided to side with town, we'd have to lynch a scum, probably lose a townie, which would make it 3 town, 2 scum, 2 third party (upon rez of Rodion). Then wash-repeat, lynch scum tomorrow, lose townie, which would leave 2 town, 1 scum, 2 third party. At that point it'd come down to who Squirrel and Rodion want to win, but it would drag the game out.

tl;dr Town loses due to expedience.

It's a stalemate for the day. Edoc already announced he'll move the game to night w/a no lynch rather than drag it out.

No.

He said he would advance to night if it is an obvious stalemate. I maintain that it is not.

Exactly why I did it. Recently I was wondering why you never see the third party siding with the scum. I looked at this game and figured out how beneficial it would be if I did. No matter what, us third-party guys could win so long as we claimed. This way is just the safest way to do so.

Also, scum guys, did I get my two guesses right on the scum members (anubis and ammit)? I haven't brushed up on my ancient egyptian mythology in a while, but thats what the scenes made it sound like.

Half right. Anubis is but Ammit is not. I am Sokar (bulletproof). I'll let vic and Saf decide if they want to say who they are respectively.

vote no lynch if MeDeFe really wants it to be an official stalemate.

Ok. Last night when "Death" devoured my mate's heart, I just assumed it was Ammit. Anubis fed the hearts of the unworthy to ammit according to legend.
