I wish the real Pilots could have pulled off a comeback win in that one, but they're off to a flying 5-2 start...I'll be at the Chiles Center Tuesday to cheer them on against Saint Louis

After starting the season late with a new coach stepping in and a snow delay to the first game the Bulldogs pulled off three wins in a row and were hoping to follow in the footsteps of the live action team. Unfortunately that all came crashing to a halt with their forth game at Tulane. Coach Dub is looking for a rebound in game five as his team seems to be accepting the loss with grace.

Several people have requested a change in home court settings...I will allow one switch here during the early part of the season, but once we get into league play (early January for most) the settings will be locked down for the rest of the year.
Anyway, if you find yourself playing on a map you don't like as much as you thought you might, you have one chance to change it.

feeling bad I haven't been able to post the full schedule yet...hoping that comes by the end of the week...also look for the first installment of the official RPI index early next week. Also hoping to add in some newsletters as we go...once I get the basics set, I should have time for that stuff.

It looks like Villanova will somehow win again. The deciding game is late in the second half and Villanova just stole the ball. They are trying to run out the clock without getting fouled.
The extended streak would be at 20 games without a loss. Villanova fans are holding their breath. It is almost like a contest in a swimming pool to find out who can hold their breath the longest.

Villanova takes it in a close battle for the third victory of the season and they stretch the winning steak to 20 games

Fresno State is well on its way to loss number 3 and win number 1. Three of my opponents have been ranked, against which I've gone 1-2. If I know the RPI system like I think I do (which I don't), that should place me squarely in the top 10.

I must say it although it's only been a few games - I stand in AWE of the huge effort flex is putting into this tourney. Your tourneys are pure gold, thanks for running them.
