Tournament Game: 2009-10 College Hoops - Game 1 — CBE Classic Texas v. Duquesne

The Longhorns start the season with a strong win against Duquesne. Winning the opening tip the horns immediately showed their young freshman shooters could play. The defense then held up to an early RBG set for the Horns to put it away with a RBG of their own.

I'd be willing to run this tournament if:
1. Flex is okay with it and is willing to send me the scoring system, etc.
2. One of the established tournament organizers/mods is willing to work me through it.
3. No one minds if my graphics aren't as pretty as flex's

I'd split leadership with someone if they needed help running the tournament. I could update the standings while someone else sets up the game schedule and contacts people. That way someone wouldn't have to handle the load.

Those that know you FLEX will have no problem agreeing with the sentiments stated in message from DUALITY.

I would love to run this tourney but my committments don't allow the time either ... would be great if someone can step up.

For those interested in continuing...maybe we could divide it up by conference...

I would be willing to be the "Big 12 Commissioner"....

Just a thought that way it could be split between 5-6 guys...

I know Night Strike has a post in the TO forum about combining efforts (he's willing to take a share, too)...really at least a 3-4 person team would make it doable...and of course I'll pass along all the formulas and files that I have set up...just let me know what the plan is and I'll send it off.

I'd love to help out with the tourney, but I'm in an unstable place right now as well, or else I'd be running tourneys myself. If y'all get this one going again, that'd be awesome.

But if not, Fresno State finishes the season undefeated (1-0).

USC routs San Jose State in the opener only to learn the nation is headed to war and many of the player will be serving other commitments. My regrads to you flexmaster and take all the time you need, we want you back at 100%

Just so everyone who is checking this knows. There is a plan to restart this tournament underway and it will get done so just stay patient. I hope to have more news in the next couple days.
