[GP] Surrender/Resign/Forfeit Button

I have been offered a fair number of chances to resign, took a few where appropriate- but often hung in - seems my oppo preferred to inflict a prolonged and painful end to me and I felt a duty to oblige. I've also had people becoming resigned to me and that seemed OK. Bottom line, it ain't perfect , biggest room in the world is the room for impovement, but its good.
