You have to have a different opponent for your games up to the 20th round at least--like I can't play you more than once. Unique win is like the one above your post I assume to get the GA medal.

An unique win is a win against a "non-repeated" player.

Let's say you beat:

player A - 8 times
player B - 2 times
player C - 2 times
player D - 1 time,

You'll have 13 wins (8+2+2+1), but only 4 unique wins (1 for player A, 1 for player B, 1 for player C and 1 for player D).
