I like flat rate, I do not like escalating. I just have no experience with escalating. I have only played escalating like 2 times.

Ah check i like both, but flat imo tend to be drawn out too much and get you into alotta build games for some reason :)

But perhaps try some more esc when they pop up?

Any folks fancy doubles / tripples?
Old fashioned sequential, flat rate, unlimited, original world map.

Doubles = 1251461
Tripples = 1251468

Password = pass1

Yeah, I hate the build games.

Does anybody have an idea, why my games simply don´t get filled up?!? I announced them several times during nearly the the last 2 weeks and made it as easy as possible for you to join (only 1 click)! Do you all dislike the maps or settings, or is it just something personal? :-( :wink:

It's not you mate; it's the flat rate I'm afraid.

Too sad! I tried all 3 fortifications and like flatrate by far the most: In no card games it happens quite often, that all players only deploy and don´t do anything else, and in the end escalating games imo often tend to be only a matter of luck. In flat rate games I hardly ever had one of these problems.

But maybe I only don´t recognize the tactics in escalating games and should give them another chance... :roll:

By the way: I couldn´t really imagine it was something personal, as I´m such a nice person! :wink: :D :lol: :D :lol: :wink:

hschroed78, I guess it depends. I like Flat Rate but I don't like the maps that much.
But anyway, I'm kinda hanging in the middle of 1.7k-1.8k so I wouldn't join anyway :P

hschroed78,
I have not joined your games because I don't like "chained" or the maps you chose. I prefer "flat-rate" and "unlimited".
I have 5 games in the "eliminated" section and therefore am probably going to be knocked out of this thread soon anyway.

i like flat rate but not those maps. it's nothing personal, new maps are usually harder to fill

Okay: Next try! Maybe more of you like these settings/maps:

hschroed78..... I think you will have a hard time with these games too. I never play 6 player games unless it's on the 2.1 map. However, you're really trying hard and I need to learn escalating so I joined 2. Good luck
