Oye Oye folks,

I'm starting to get questions about the Round limit rule, I found that I should have put more details into it, so I added words into the 1st post (red section) to make it clear for eveybody.

This is not a new rule, this was established way before this competition started, it just didn't get enough words to explain the condition.

Team Leaders please make sure you roll it to your peeps, I want to ensure that when it come to play this rule than no one will sound surprised it goes that way.

I'm open to question if you have any.
