I am done answering questions. I have answered the questions over and over. You all have wasted your time - I'm sorry if I'm an eager newbie that like to talk and play, I thought that was what i was supposed to do. It's my turn to ask the questions...

I wouldn't say that he's not scum. He could very well be scum. I do not find his current actions inherently scummy. Unbecoming, maybe. But not scummy.

@Pancake: Then why are you defending him?

Isn't the main accusation against Charm that she is sheeping mtamburini, which only makes sense as a lynchable offence if is do to them being scumbuddies? And therefore any case for lynching Charm that derives from that base accusation is implicitly also a case for lynching mtamburini, no? Or are you suggesting a borderline policy lynch for poor play?

Mafia would kill someone who look like they are about to get their self lynched why? And lynching Tailgunner would prevent this how?

With regards to your first comment, I think the assumption is Charm as mafia is sheeping me as town. I know the latter is true but Im not sure about the former.

With regards to your second comment, it makes no sense. From my experiences, mafia dont tend to kill people in the night who are wrong unless they picked up someone "softing" a role.

Hurray. What are your thoughts on charm?

No, my main focus with regard to charm was the inert nature of her posting and the vague nature of her reasoning. Trying to hide behind mtam is a factor in that but it doesn't implicitly associate them as scumbuddies.

Sorry, but that's how the game is played. It's all questions and answers. I've been asking you questions and haven't gotten any answers, so if I keep my vote on you you're going to have to deal.

I'm not. I'm making a case on someone else.

Did you really just play the "woe is me, nobody likes me..." card? Scummy.

I haven't seen a vote count, but I'm ready to vote charm.

That she's new. I think it was spiesr who mentioned that it likely was a case of two friends buddying (not in a bad, modkill offense-type way), and so she takes a cue from somebody she knows. Whether she's new scum or new town I have refrained from jumping to a conclusion.

Nothing she posted has had any meat to it. At this point I think it's hard to tell whether she's scum or town. I posted earlier that she was on my possible scum list, and with her continued refusal to address your points (or my indirect points), she has pushed her further onto that. I was willing to give her the newbie pass until her latest post saying she was done answering questions.

Therefore I am willing to VOTE CHARM.

Its a Holiday weekend ya know.

Yeah, I was out of town all day yesterday and today, just got back home.

Doesn't look like much has changed in the last 2 days though... charm still posting entertaining wacky, tails still not saying too much, etc.

Charm, for future reference... while your wacky posts are definitely entertaining... if you use a lot of words to not really say anything, we will think you are sounding scummish every time. Vague threats/promises and "you'll regret pressuring me" posts are even worse.

So if charm is at L-2, sounds like it's time for her to make an actual claim...

I am Seven of Nine!

According to Wikipedia:Seven of Nine (born Annika Hansen) is a fictional character on the American science fiction television series Star Trek: Voyager, portrayed by actress Jeri Ryan. Born human, she was assimilated by the Borg at the age of six. Eighteen years later, the Federation starship Voyager escapes Borg space with Seven onboard after attempts to negotiate passage through Borg space proved only semi-successful.

After the Doctor had removed the majority (82%) of her cybernetic implants, her human organs began to reassert themselves, but Seven still required a cortical node to control the remainder of her cybernetic implants. Although her link to the Collective had been severed, Seven of Nine retained the ability to sense nearby Borg activity. Her full Borg designation is Seven of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix Zero-One.

Generally "claiming" requires to to specifically state your role. Why you would think otherwise I do not understand.

Unvote until a counter claim rises.

As far as the initial claim went, that is worthless, a name of a cyborg does nothing to prove you are town.

As of now we have a Cop and a Roleblocker claim on the table.

Pushing for further claims today would not be wise as we need to look at the first two for now. Do we lynch one, a random or shall we go into the night and see some PR action unfold?

FP'd by Neb. Don't bother. There was no hint.

Town cop isn't a bad scum claim... Should it be a fake the real cop isn't likely to rebuff it directly.

Is charm that ballsy, though?

UNVOTE for the time being.

Yes and so what?

Anyone can cut and paste a robot/cyborg/computer name, which is what you have done. Why would you cut and paste from Wikipedia? That claim alone would be believable just by itself. The big production value I find suspect.

You need to claim your role.

I will be in the hospital all day tomorrow. Hopefully I will be feeling better by tomorrow evening I will vote tomorrow evening though I am strongly leaning towards a lynch here.

DUH...Is that what you are claiming? Town Cop?

Could this be a cult game? BORG assimilate they do not kill at least in the Star Trek Universe. She says she can detect Borg.

Well that was a novel few pages. Anyhow, Updating VCs and the like. Deadline will be 12:00 CST, regardless if I post at the time. The player with the most votes to reiterate will be hung. Hope everyone who had the holiday had a good one.

Vote Count

Zivel (1) ~ Iron Butterfly
Tailgunner (1) ~ mtamburini
mtamburini (1) ~ Neb
Charm (3) ~PCM jonty Hot Shot
Hot Shot (1) ~ Spiesr

This is what I have come up with, but I have spent 24+ hours in the last 3 days driving so I am very, very tired. If you see a incorrect vote, just say so ~ or replace it.

Yeah, clarification would be nice here. Everyone had a different idea of how the day was going...

But in any case, I don't want to lynch the town cop so will unvote Want to hear what will happen at day's end before knowing if it's worth trying a new case or not...

I am sorry. I have been hanging the person with the most votes for years now, and I forgot that I had hoped to deviate from that pattern for this game.

From the rules:

6. Lynching requires a majority of the town vote, once the majority has been reached any unvotes will not be counted. Player with the most votes at deadline will not be hung and there will be no runoff. Subject to change to promote activity.

So long as activity is reasonable this is the way the rules will remain.
