Qeeeeeee....when the game is ready to begin, shall the entrants enter the game three in a row (team) or alternating? Would really mix up the play alternating.......

Also....we are team 10...I believe we shall take out (I mean "on"!) team 4 first...is team four forming????????

so is there a specific day this is going to start? I dont care i was just wondering

phishn80 is currently on a team by himself....from norway....i am from the US, but i know there are not 2 more norway players and he expressed interest in being on a team with me....is this a possibility

I will put up a fixtures list when we get all the teams done.

You may have noticed a load of blank games in the private games section. They're for World Cup games.

There has been a small mistake in the registering of players, and the cut off, but I've contacted the players involved so hopefully it can be resolved without dispute.

The competition is full because the 96 players allotment has been filled. The USA and Canada players at the bottom make up the extra teams.

I was wondering im gone for a while while im in a turny. So if we play are game and win it and im not there to go into the game. Will the game stay and wait for me or will someone take my place for taht game?

only if you know aNd trust your team members to access your info.

we are in contact with lack and twill to check there is no multi accounting on every game in this competition - all game numbers have been passed to them so they can track all games for any cheating)

Can I suggest tinkering with the group arrangements so that no country is facing off against itself in the same group in the first round? Groups E, F and G have this problem right now, and more could follow when more USA and Canada teams are assigned as Teams 29, 31 and 32.

They have to stand, as if we carry on tinkering with keeping countries apart, we may as well of chosen the table ourselves - and that wouldn't of been fair.

I disagree. Get someone who doesn't know who's on which squads to do the necessary switches. That's still more or less blind. How would that be more unfair than having two of the Norway teams knock each other out in the first round? I think on the whole everyone would understand some tinkering as fair in the circumstances.

The very best norway team goes through to the knock out stages this way.

if i had split everyone up as you are suggesting - we might have 4 norway teams in the competition later on.

there was always going to be a lot of country overlapping.

I got painbrain (our neutral) to pick this list of numbers.

It was the fairest way to do it.
