if we both win 3-1 at home for example we are level on aggregate and away goals.

Then we will have all games finished from 1QR,and then we can start 2QR .

finaly all games from 1 q.r are finished,so in next few days i will arange start of second qualifying round.

i never want to use disciplinary measurement,but unfortunatly some people dont join a games,and even after two reminder,and little extra time, they dont join a games,here are verdict

FC Zestaponi(highlanderattack)-not join any games-disqualify
KRC Genk(gertbomber)-not join any games-disqualify
PSV eindhoven(crarg) who are lost first round against FC Zstaponi, will get pass to 3 round.

fc bayern munich- NK maribor (match are forfeit in favour of NK Maribor with official result 4-0, because dan the general join only 1 game)
