I dont mine if she got some not real borders, i understand that you must have more terittory in maps and its wery dificulty to create map in CC if you want to create real borders, becouse its to litle country in eart have 40 or more province.

Oké, Oké I also wanne say something about this issue:
At first every country in the map exist!
The countries of the Netherlands are provinces, only in a province the're are several territories. And some province, such as
Gelderland is in the map split in territories.
The Netherlands in reallife has 12 provinces and all provinces are splitt in territories. The names in the map are the names in reallife (provinces and territories). Only Andy want me to shorter the names, so I did and now it can happen that the name in the map isn't really correct. But for playability Andy say it must be changed. But the borders of the Netherlands are reallife borders of provinces, territories or areas.
Luxembourgh has three districts. And that are the three on the map. Letzebuerg and Dikrech are the names. Only the name of Schengen is not correct. This is a territory instead district. But the reallife name was too long and Andy say that it must be shorter, so we pickup a name in that territory.
Belgium explanation is the same as The Netherlands.
That was a mouth full
If the memebers of De Veroveraars Club has a addition, we will hear it.

Original version
it can look nice but some stuff look off on 2D, like the legend and the Monarch borders

I think I prefer the original version. I like the 2D effect on the stars and arrows though, so maybe they could carry across. They would probably still need a drop shadow though.

Same problems that I outlined in the last two posts are still in this new version. Will you be addressing those MarVal?
Hmm...I would use the 3D effect for the coat of arms but not for the map itself.

Thanks MarVal. This is my favourite map in the foundry at the moment and its future is very important to me as I think it might be the best CC map we have in the future. I admire your work. Keep it up!
Btw...do you know Wisse in real life as he is from Gelderland as well?

UPDATE 15

Below the latest development of the map
BeNeLux.
UPDATE 15
Larger map :
(600x550)
(Click to reduce to mapsize 500x458)
Some suggestions that were mentioned:
- Other "attack routes" over the Monarchy borders (more ideas?).
- Other Capitalstars.
- Other Coats of arms.
- Other Mountains.
- Other flags (also with other textlayer) and place on the map.
- Textlayer of all text on the map.
Note: The coats of arms nearby the Monarchies did't look nice, but if anyone (maybe you Ruben Cassar) want to see it, let me know.
So let us know what U think about the map
BeNeLux so far.
