I went away temporarily but have returned since he left.
It's disappointing (but I dare say expected) to see him being defended by clan mates in this fashion, whilst overlooking what actually happened.
I'm currently running courses on mentoring and coaching and frankly, his approach fits nicely under "exactly what not to do".
