I had issues with seeing images at one point, with firefox, and found it was due to being connected to two different networks at once. Once I disconnected my Ethernet connection, which was not connected to the internet, the images started working again.

This issue does seem to be a network problem. On my work computer, I've never been able to see certain images that are posted from external sites. I've always assumed that it's because some sites are blocked on the company network and therefor so are the images.[/quote]

you guys are way too serious .... with all the responses no one suggested " stop eating those mushrooms"?
I wish either my father or my mother, or indeed both of them as they were in duty both equally bound to it, had minded what they were about when....

If 2 player fog game, please allow 12 hour snap courtesy, or post what I could have seen.... Thank you

It is funny how TOP played victims for being penalized with only REMAKE for breaking of site rule, yet they wholeheartedly accept that their opponents FALL gets sanctioned with more severe punishment FORFEIT a game for very minor mistake (making 4 trench games instead of 3).
You must be proud to your fair play standards TOP =D> .

There are rules. It is not even up to TOP to accept or refuse this forfeit.
Nothing to do with fair-play.

There were also rules when TOP was punished but it was followed by TOP's complaint to the rules.
So, now the FALL's forfeit is in the same fashion followed by my complaint to the rules.
I am sure if TOP cared for fair play (as they are presenting themselves to be) then they could offer to FALL remake of the game, especially knowing how much time FALL's first contact IcePack puts into benefit of clan world in general so sometimes due to lack of free time makes mistake in sending proper home set in CL8.

When LHDD had 4 trench games against us we requested a remake of a game - not a forfeit, but the rules makers would not allow it, so I am sure there could not be a lesser punishment even if TOP asked for it. As an aside in our match, LHDD beat us anyway.

This issue was 100% my fault. I was dealing w RL issues at the time and my mind wasn't 100% in the game. We had someone in clan also go to the ER unexpectedly, and so I had to request an extension to change the planned lineup to remove the individual from those games.
Since I had other things to be dealing w in RL I only had a short period to change the lineup and create games without having much time to check my work or have someone else due so even with the extension, and get them joined in time.

I take full responsibility for the mistake, and understood immediately what it meant due to past warnings.

We will move forward and I know there's been a lot of discussion in CDF regarding infractions that will get looked at for CL9.

Hats down for your fair play manners =D>
I am sincerely interested if TOP did the same like you, but I guess I already know the answer ;)

Thanks

This year's finish is looking to be even more unreal than last year's. Should be fun.

Well, please share what the answer was...since you already know it. I'm curious what we did...

Also since you are an all knowing god (among several other things), can you please share next week's lotto numbers?

Guys,

It was my decision for FALL to forfeit a game. A decision that was immediately and very graciously accepted by Icepack. No other outcome was possible, so end this anti TOP bickering.

S&M will never be just another clan for me.
It's a respect that runs deeper than opinion, it runs into my muscle memory.
Couldn't help but smile after I'd taken two turns against them in CL8 just now. I am a little more tense than usual. I triple check instead of double check. :)
They were the first clan I ever faced as an Odd Fellow. Making a mistake in that war was unthinkable. And that feeling always comes back when I face them.
It's a special feeling.

Keep on keepin' on S&M.

Thanks and likewise.

Right now one game in CL8 vs TOFU I am checking every 10 minutes to see if they have gone yet.

Hopefully we will put together some good wins and make a run at you in the F400 rankings

Should be an exciting finish! Excellent players from all these clans.
Whats the over-under on joko and Donelladan playing cheerleader in other games?
Rumor has it Donelladan is gifting champagne to teams that win deciding games against S&M

just had a look and it seems pretty clear that S&M will be champion this year.
We needed to get 1 more point than them, but we're getting maximum 3 against OSA and S&M will most likely score 4 against TOFU... :(
we can't rely every year on tofu to win the league! :p

I think TOP is not eliminated from the race, they are looking quite good in games.

TOFU still didn't secure a single point versus TOP in round 10.

TOFU has an excellent chance to take 2 points from TOP, and Fallen looks good to take at least 1 point from them as well.

I'm 99.999% certain we aren't winning the league(we could turn 4-5 games and have some other weird things happen and then we would), so I don't care who does, but we aren't here to make it easy for anyone.

Ice,

You are going to finish between 4th and 6th place, with 5th being the most likely. There is a weird scenario where you could tie for 2nd place if three teams tie for first place, so that's really still 4th place. You have to ignore leads in games and matches and just play around with the results of the final weeks to get to that scenario. It'd be like winning a lottery odds, except its for 2nd. You can't win overall anymore, but realistically neither can we realistically.

Its never been this close between this many teams this late before. Last year it was very close but the math was easy...not so much now. S&M is in the driver's seat with LHDD the next most likely, but TOP could still win.
