This is the last thing that I'll write on the subject. All those not involved enjoy your gossip and discussion. We could play he said/she said. This thread is not the appropriate place to handle this issue. If RA feels that they have been wronged they know how to and who to appeal/discuss/escalate this matter. The court of public appeal, often is sexist and weighted towards those that appear the most appealing. Discussion of an event where most of those doing the discussing don't have all the facts, and quite frankly don't need to read private correspondence is a wasted exercise. This is a matter for the leaders of RA and ATL and the organiser of CCup4. Airing of laundry dirty or otherwise is only to the benefit of peeping toms and those with overly prurient interests in other's business. I've expressed MY views on recent events, and speculated as to reasons(bear in mind, I'm not a clan leader), hopefully in a non combative, inflammatory or emotional fashion. Violet has articulated her truth as she experienced/sees it and versions of events. There are inconsistencies between our accounts. Often that happens in life, a different perspective is what makes us individuals not drones.

If anyone not a clan leader or member of RA or ATL, or the organiser of the Cup wishes to discuss this further. Might I suggest humbly that you start a thread in general or off topics and drop a link on my wall so I can watch the discussion with interest. I appreciate people's concern about penalties that don't appear to be specifically spelt out in the rules. I can understand that the action taken seemed abrupt, I believe that there was ample and clear discussion in private prior to the action. Again that is my personal belief, others involved may see things differently. Please take this up with the TO if you have a legitimate concern or complaint. I'm sure he will take the time to explain to you in more detail providing the other people concerned agree to having their privacy breached.

I've noticed that RA broke the max-games-a-player-rule again. first in NC4 now here at CC4.
Janomike is in 21 games instead of the maximum allowed of 20.

How can we fix this?

The same thing happened in our challenge vs Dynasty where one of their players joined 21 games. We chose to let it slide, i.e. the game stood.

It's not unheard of though to penalize the other clan, especially if it gets you the overall win!

Atlantis has 24 hours to select any game containing the offending player. The game will be remade exactly as is, including players, without the offending player. Cheers.

Round of 8 is completely set. IA and TSM are going to start by this Sunday. TOFU and ATL by the next Sunday. Congrats to all 8 clans.

Looks like semi finals could be kort-tsm and ace-(tofu or atlantis).
Anticipating much on the tsm-ia, i just see 14-7 so a lot left to be played. Looks like a done deal for kort and ace and tofu-atl is asvclose as it can be..
