It's not on any of the USA maps in this game, so that arguement can't really be used. I have no idea how to actually make a map, I just thought I'd throw the idea out there.

It could be pretty interesting if you took in the idea of possession of Alaska before it was US only, like if there was a Russian theme and they were trying to hold onto it. Name some fictional Russian generals as regions that give bonuses, consider a power struggle if it wasn't agreed upon to be sold at $27 million. Ya links to Japan and Russian would be interesting, Canada of course, maybe not.

What about air USA or Air Europe.

Similar to Rail USA and Rail Europe

How about some maps based on the Harry Potter series?
Hogwarts alone offers items of potential, then there's areas surrounding Hogwarts like points in Hogsmeade, areas of the grounds (Hagrid's hut,the whomping willow that can attack into Hogsmeade and into an area of Hogwarts) areas of London (Diagon Alley, etc.) that can attack other points via the flu network. Azkaban in the north sea, that could be a link between Hogwarts and Durmstrang, etc. etc.

A: As purely an idea and no draft, you should have posted this in New Map Ideas.

B: Copyright. CC mandates that it is the mapmaker's responsibility to acquire the license to replicate copyrighted material from the copyright owner. Harry Potter is most certainly copyrighted.

the best is Photoshop, but it's expensive. If you pay for it

i have an awesome jasc paint shop pro 8 but i cant seem to get anything good out of it

I used to have Jasc PSP7, trust me-- Photoshop is much better if you can get it.

BUT- jasc is usable. Try your best and if you are really having trouble, but you have a good idea im sure someone can help you out with the graphics.
