I am going with the ruling of CC

CC gave him a warning on the freestyle trips and never took his score because he openly admitted and said he was sharing a 3 person account, or 3 on his computer, saying 3 different players, hard to proof and does blend the lines, but CC gave him the benefit of the doubt so I will too, most have not, I realize this.

as far as him being #1 now, i decided his day at conquerer start over with day 1 and game 1, of course this is a different record.

but to take his whole score away, well there has not been enough proof yet that we are aware of, plus the warning CC gave him, well he stopped doing it and is playing other styles now and doing well, so i have to give him the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.
