Jeez. I really was off the mark with those 2 guesses. Well I'd start to list off all the Viet Nam war movies I've seen, but something tells me that those wouldn't be right either.
The 2nd quote you gave actually does seem familiar to me, but I just can't place it. I am going to give a guess, however:
Nixon.

The Assassination of Richard Nixon?

Well I was going for Nixon, the Oliver Stone movie, but okay, The Assassination of Richard Nixon would be a good guess too. (I did watch it. I didn't think it was too memorable).

Okay, it's Full Metal Jacket, and it's Ann-Margaret, not Aunt Margaret, and the line doesn't reference dinner.
New quote:
"It was an argument, not a negotiation." (cause it's on TV right now)

Alright...another easy one:
"PC load letter! What the f**k does that mean?"

I'm reasonably confident that's Office Space.

I do enjoy that movie a great deal.
New quote (another easy one, but a great quote nonetheless):
"I've been trying to figure something in my head, and maybe you can help me out, yeah? When a person is insane, as you clearly are, do you know that you're insane? Maybe you're just sitting around, reading Guns and Ammo, masturbating in your own feces. Do you just stop and go, 'Wow! It is amazing how fucking crazy I really am!'? Yeah, do you guys do that?"

Okay, here goes:
Person 1: You've never even introduced me to your mother!
Person 2: That's cause you're always in the God damn bathroom, what you do in there?
Person 1: You really want to know?
Person 2: Yeah, i'm playing the role of a concerned guy here.
Person 1: I cry.
Person 2: Jesus, I'd hate to tell you what i do in there.
I might have shortened it a bit at the end...

"Breakfasts come and go, Renee. Now Hartford? The Whale? Hey, they only beat Vancouver once, maybe twice in a lifetime."
'Tis Mallrats, a highly entertaining flick.
New quote:
"Los Locos kick your ass, Los Locos kick your face, Los Locos kick your balls into out space!"

Yeah, it's one of my favourites...I'd had a whole lot of other classics if any hints were needed.
"Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn for Sega."

The Warriors?
I can see the scene in my mind I think, they're all chanting and stomping along with the beat...

Not the Warriors, but the line is indeed somewhat chanted.
