the text in small looks good. maybe move alentejo norte a bit to the right. the A is overlapping the border and move leiria a bit down.

Would it be possible to make the names even more bolder on at least the small map? Maybe even the large, just to add the extra clarity.
Regarding bonus issue in the above post, Blue looks identical to Green. 6 Countries with 3 borders. So 5 is too much, and I think 4 might even be pushing it. If you are going with consistency, 3 seems like a real value for it.
Also, would you maybe consider adding a border to red or yellow? In red currently... they can expand pretty easily without creating more borders, since the borders are in pairs of two's. Two in the red continent, and 2 in each of the neighboring. It seems like it might make for some better gameplay to add a border of Porto, Aviero, or Esterlo, from the Islands. It would also help increase flow, around the map, and make that value of 6 seem truer. Yellow also maybe feels like it needs something.
Consider maybe a few more attack routes, though where, I'm not sure at the moment. Perhaps they aren't needed, but this map feels like it is missing something in that department.

Ive already increased the size in the small map and added a slight bold to it. If i do anymore some of teh territiy names will no longer fit territories. As for the large they have been bolded, any more and the letters will start fusing with each other.

It was DiM that gave me the estimates in page 10 i think

Sea port was an idea i had earlier to open up the gameplay. However teh islands and sea routes were implimented. I feel that sea ports arnt needed as teh gameplay has been opened up enought

these are the bonuses provided by me on page 10 but they were based on a previous map with other connections.
here are the newly calculated bonuses:
but take note the formula is very rigid and does not treat the map as a whole but rather as individual continents so after calculating the bonuses you have to adjust them according to your gut.
for example alentejo and algarve can be held with just 2 borders.
norte 3,17
centro 5,42
lisboa 4,42
alentejo 5,17
algarve 2,42
islands 3,17
here are the newly calculated bonuses:
norte 3,17
centro 4,58
lisboa 3,58
alentejo 4,33
algarve 2,42
islands 2,92

here is the formula:
{[(Number of Territories)*1.5 + (Number of Territories to Defend entire Continent)*4 + (Number of Territories that can Attack Continent)*1 + (Number of Different Continent Neighbors )*0.5] / 6} - 1 =
easy as pie.
{[(Number of Territories)*1.5 + (Number of Territories to Defend entire Continent)*4 + (Number of Territories that can Attack Continent)*1 + (Number of Different Continent Neighbors )*0.5] / 6} - 1 =
