I'm not really sure there's a point to keeping eagleblade around if we think he's not capable of being helpful here. The only obstacle to getting him out of our hair is he's probably telling the truth about his claim. Quite the predicament.

Not true. This is day one. If we decide he is telling the truth there is every reason to keep him around as it gives us a chance to focus on other investigations. At this point of the game he cant hurt town. He may look silly but he hurts no one.

Have him fully claim and then we decide.

sorry I know that I just didn't think a quick grammar error mistake and a typo would make a difference

yeah this is not good if eagle is the cop the only way to save him by the doctor protecting him every night, If he turns out to be the doc, well crap.

upside is if the doc protects him, and there are watchers they can see who tries to roleblock the cop. and we know one town for sure.

And if he is the doc thats going to be a big loss, but the town cop and watcher can both watch him and sees who goes for him.

Bad situation but some upsides for town either way.

And if he fake claims, he gets dealt with.

the one scenario hinges on town having 2 investigative roles.

Reading his claim, I believe he claimed governor. Whether or not he can use that ability on himself may be important. Honestly, governor isn't that powerful a town role and honestly he's probably not the best person for deciding whether to save someone or not. If he can save himself from lynch (less likely but you never know), this might be a good time to test him on it. Still, a full roleclaim with character info is needed now.

We missed it actually. He did more or less claim. I completely missed it in a wall of text. Like a 1 shot doc, but he sees who is going to die at night.

This seems overpowered by a lot, since you can basically make the mafia useless. Yes this is a sully/yoshi game, but that seems to far unbalanced even for them.

Then you contradict your statement from above saying you don't have a clue really how your role actually works for saving the person.

Things just aren't adding up in my head. And since this is such an odd role I am not sure I want to believe it.

Yeah seriously, you're explanations aren't making your claim any clearer. What is the name of your role exactly? I'm guessing it's a protective role of some kind. So bodyguard, jailkeeper, doctor or something?

Also, your character should have a name too. What is it? Like Donkey Kong or something ionno...

I can do it once though however I am not sure if i can save from third party kill instead or no

Hang him. He just claimed a second name. His claimed role is something I have seen before, I believe it is called a Peacekeeper but I may recall incorrectly. That being said if he is incapable of even looking into his inbox to figure out his name he is either useless or faking.
