I have not seen vodean post like this in any other game. Is it possible that he is a jester?

Yes, there is that possibility, but if he is a jester then there is no reason not to lynch him anyway...

agreed just wondering if maybe we should let him simmer and maybe draw out others. If a deadline gets put in place, he can always be our go to lynch. Just a thought.

How shitty would it be if he was a jester? We lynch him day 1 and he wins -.-

any mod worth a damn would keep the game going anyway even if he was the jester. although if we have a daytime vig or sk feel free to shoot the idiot.

I think we lose that privilege when we've now speculated that he could be a jester.

Nothing vodean has said has convinced me he shouldn't die. I think we should get the votes to hammer. Does anyone object to this? Also, one last chance for a serious claim vodean.

As i said. I am Boba Fett. I get a kill per night, and win when anyone else wins. Dont care who wins. may not kill for some time. just a few who is suspect of being scum. i could be a useful tool for all.

A jester is a character who's goal in the game is to get lynched.

I can't imagine them giving him the same role as his avatar though a funny coincidence if they did. Now that it's been mentioned he does seem a lot like a jester...

i think this is a lie. look somone always wins right thats means vodean would always win. i dont think a mod would put a un-losable role in vote voadean

Well, it looks like he is trying to claim a survivor win condition. In that case, he would only win if he didn't die. So it would not actually be unloseable. Given the nature of the game, a few survivor roles would be fairly likely in my opinion. On the other hand, vodean is still playing in a manner which I believe should lead to his lynch on this day 1...

I believe there's survivor roles, but it doesn't seem to fit with Vodean's behavior. Especially since he referenced Boba Fett in one of his earlier fake claims saying it was unlikely or something. I don't want to reread though.

vodean has been lynched, death scence later on today

as the day began everyone was confused by the order of the universe, it just didn't make sense but after chancellor palpatine explained it to them, several times, they finally understood how it worked.
the people were unsure of who was in the rebellion and who was a loyal imperial citizen, then vodean came and thought it would be fun to claim several random characters, this made people suspicious and when he didn't stop they started to band together and call out for him to make a serious claim, he gave out another role but was not beleived, more and more of the people cried out for him to die, then at last enough of them decided that vodean must die, the emperor listened to the peoples cries and sent intel agents and stormtroopers to hunt down and kill vodean.
when he was finally cornered the lead stormtrooper asked him to come quietly, vodean just put on his helmet and came out blasters blazing. unfortunatly the place where he thought the troopers and agents were turned out to be empty and as he turned to where the troopers were, their blaster fire tore through his mandolorian armor, piercing his heart and lungs. vodean continued to turn trying to take at least one with him, but the stormtroopers barrage was too much, even for him, as he fell one of his shots grazed one of the intel agents wounding him slightly.
the troopers moved forward to see who this vodean was, the one agent binding up the others wound. when the troopers returned the agent demanded to know the identity of vodean, the lead stormtrooper handed him a battered green T-visor helmet, and said it was boba fett sir.

Vodean-Boba Fett has been lynched
it is now night 1 send in your actions

Do we get role and alignment information, or are those to be kept secret in this game?

sorry i posted that on the death list but forgot it in the scence
boba fett was a 3rd party survivor and he got one kill a night

That was my thought too when I read his claim. I thought that was one of those legendary Nes style claims, but it turns out it was actually true
