Why would a 3rd party go handing out shanks?
I said that IF they killed scum, then they would almost certainly be town. I guess they could be 3rd party, but they would almost certainly not be scum.
No one knew I was handing out the shanks until D4.

On D3, josh made a comment about the shanks, and Ragian assumed it was josh passing them out.
There was no mafia kill on N3 (maybe they went after josh and it was blocked?)

I was basically saying: "Someone gave me a shank last night. If you tell me who you are (without giving it away), I will know I can trust you as being Town." No one at this point of the game had ever used the word "shank" before. I was the first. I said, "throwing their arms in the air and dealing with the chaos" because I thought the role was an Arms Dealer. Could also have been a Blade Master. Whatever.

And then Rage replied because he thought I had given him a shank on N1. And his response made me think he was the one who gave me the shank!!!
