Much like how if you google "French Victories" and it asks you if you meant "French Defeats," I think if you google "Glenn Beck," it should ask you if you meant "define: moron."

Glenn Beck whining about Soccer and Socialism. Bill O'Reilly is apparently the voice of reason now?
Also, I think it's funny that so many Americans think soccer is boring but find NASCAR incredibly fascinating and nuanced.

NASCAR has better crashes.
For the record I don't particularly find NASCAR incredibly fascinating, I do find NASCAR's cars fascinating, and the drivers with all those advertisements on their jackets interesting.

NASCAR always seemed like an engineer's sport, which (ironically for snarkers like dave) means it requires more intelligence than whatever the NASCAR haters watch.

I hate Nascar. It's not a sport. However, I don't watch chess (televised or live). And I don't think Americans are divided into Nascar watchers and chess watchers.

Two of the biggest problems facing a race car driver are the heat and the constant G forces from turning corners. The temperature inside a typical NASCAR cockpit is around120 degrees on a hot summer day. It feels even hotter because the driver is wearing a fireproof suit from head to toe.
In a corner, a NASCAR driver experiences 2 to 3 Gs. A 200-pound driver feels like he weighs 600 pounds in a 3-G turn. Holding your head, arms and torso in position for hours at a time when you weigh 600 pounds takes strength - so NASCAR drivers spend time training in the weight room. Drivers work especially on muscles in the neck, shoulders, arms and torso so that they have the strength to work against the Gs. Drivers also work a great deal on stamina, because they have to be able to perform throughout a race that lasts three to four hours without rest.

Well I think it's a fair assumption that a greater percentage of big NASCAR fans are also big Glenn Beck fans. I'd like to see real data on that correlation, actually.
In other words, what percentage of Glenn Beck fans avidly follow NASCAR and vice versa.
