Having defeated the Avengers Thor and Iron Man, Elongated man awaits the final villian to determine whether the world will be plunged into Chaos, or if he can save it.

In the battle of villians, Sinestro and Ebon teamed up temporarily to eliminate Brother Blood but now must battle on solo.

And Sinestro has used all his skills and wiles to confound his opponants and will now face Elongated man to determine the fate of the world. Only Elongated man stands between earth and a world ruled by Sinestro
