Well, I'm not sure.

You missed the truck at Paul Ricca.

Perhaps have a graphic around the Public Utilities boxes as well.

Shouldn't the boats be able to attack each other?

You have 3 territories named "Police". How will that be differentiated?? And the one by the river needs moved to the right.
Move Deanie O'Banion (top right) slightly to the right.

Are Roger Touhy, Gamblers Heaven, and Saltis Organization all bordering each other (b/c the lines converge before entering Gamblers)

By the way, shouldn't Gamblers have an apostrophe??

One thing that does look weird is the picture of the man in the legend, specifically his hand on the gun. That looks like it needs a polish.

Northside Gang: 7 terr, 4 def/att, 3 cont => Bonus of 5 (4 is good too)

you need to clean up the legend

the gun explanation, you can drop the "across streets" it doesnt do anything and could make some confusion and in oen case it isnt true, the green set

public utilities, drop the ""Assist" or," and the "any time" they dont help at all

Bugs Maran at the top of the map runs together pretty badly. Perhaps it should be spread out like Little Italy is.

Several of your 's words are running into things (Belle's, Deadman's, Rosie's).

Also at Belle's, the yellow attack dots are messed up by the red light. On the Deanie O'Banian (hard to read) and Hymie Weiss attack dots, they overlap the driveway borders.

I don't think the Hymie Weiss line was fixed. Perhaps move the text and box up and move the connection down to the bottom of the territory to take the yellow dots down the street.

I think switching the yellow attack dots and Alfonso Capone positions would clear that area up.

You have a random gray dot on the Belle's Driveway next to the red light.
