Here's my contribution (if the place is big enough to hold it)

It must include "soccer" as one of the areas. You can have some of your American sports for the others if you wish
OR/AND
Robin's Saturday Night Fever (or just Robin's Niteclub if that doesn't fit)
Including a bar, dancefloor, DJ's Area, Chillout Area, or something to that effect
OR/AND
Robin's Joke Shop
You should be able to make up a few fun names for that
OR/AND
Robin's Coffee Room
If I don't see at least one of those on that SkyScraper I will be livid. Mibi - I will hunt you down and then do something horrible (as to what that might be I am undecided as of yet)
