I have micro suspicions on a lot of players at the moment.
The below post of mine got two reactions I want to comment upon;
Loose Canon wrote:I'm intrigued by Rags - Stroke is mafia line.
I'm going to discount that Rag has any firm evidence of that (unless he says otherwise).
That leaves one of the following possibilities;
1. Rag thinks he has a probable tell on Strike (but I haven't so I'm virtually discounting that too, unless Rag says what he thinks it is)
2. Rag is town and has picked Strike virtually at random to try to get a claim out of (- perhaps thinking why not - if Strike has a town PR he's going to be a reasonably likely target for mafia anyway)
3. Rag is mafia (and strike may or may not be) but either way its a win win for a mafia Rag to get claim out of Strike.
Rag hasn't actually voted Strike I see.
I'm going to vote Strike Vote Strike and see where it goes.
I'm also going to say to Rag, justify either your suspicions on Strike OR justify or at least discuss the tactic of trying to get a claim out of Strike.
FP'd by Darin - both valid posts
1. Strikes reaction - seems he isn't playing the oh I've been busy, need to catch up on reading then post what I think line that he often trots out. That's good re game participation but it doesn't make him town. In fact his reaction makes me marginally lean towards him being mafia this game.
So whereas before voting re Strike I wanted to a prod Strike because a mislynch on an inactive town Strike would be a mislynch I could most easily live with, now I do actually feel a micro suspicion on Strike.
How do others feel about Strikes reaction?
2. Ragians reaction to - my post and Strikes reaction to it.
Yep I thought you were just throwing Strike out there for the hell of it, but accepting Strike's reaction as good so quickly - I just think that was too quick and too accepting for my liking.
I think a town Rag likes to build D1 pressure - where is the D1 vote pressure right now - I'd say it is virtually zero.
I can see your Strike play as a potentially mafia play - partly because you exited it at the earliest opportunity, which in turn was partly because my reasoning for my vote on Strike set out a challenge to you to tactically justify or discuss the tactic.
I also don't agree with your line Rag re discussing flavour.
Town should be good enough to identify players hiding behind flavour discussion, and then call it out.
I say give players an opportunity to hide behind flavour discussion if thats what they want to do.
Give the mafia players an opportunity to mislead on where they say they think the flavour is going if thats what they want to do.
Town needs to spot the disingenuous - and Day 1 - spots of disingenuous posts might be the best that town can do.
Having said all that for me the hurdle of suspicion that would need to be passed to D1 lynch typically active players such as Ragian is higher than for other players.
And right now I don't have enough suspicion on Rag to want to lynch him D1.
So although I have more absolute suspicion on Rag than Strike, right now I'm leaving my vote on Strike.

My list is:

Based on Ragian early attack without argument.
Devante based on "bully rudness" and no posts.

It's a bit strange though that players posting might be lynched and players not posting aren't a part of the discussions to be lynched. Therefore, not posting could be an argument to be lynched. I will choose one as number three soon.

strike wolf seemed to pass "... Honestly, Rag calling me scum repeatedly just seems to read as trying to get a reaction to me. Loose and Hal questioned it, which I feel is mostly a natural response ..." and immediately turned the focus to "... Im less certain on what to make of Loose voting me over it. Either way, I am kind of more interested in those who have been active and just kind of ignored it. .."
A classical reaction to hide something is to change focus to something else. So it can be that strike wolf has something to hide.

Dont worry Loose. Im sure Ill have a time where I get busy and have an actual chance to trot out that line.
@Hjelp: I always try to comment my thoughts going on about things in the thread. Especially if a lot seemed to happen while I was away.

First of all, who the frick is Hans25? Son!c's multi?
Then hjelp: I found the game where I usually find games. In a thread called mafia games. If the former game was also in "announcements", then alright. Just came off weird. (I'm used to students saying that their dogs ate their essays.) However, the more interesting parts are these:
hjelp wrote: [...]
But now it's a game. And in games a "scum" also has the properties of a "bully".
Now you're defending a "bully", so maybe you're a scum too?
[...]
I presume the "bully", in your opinion, is Devante. He made an obvious joke. It's not really bullying...
hjelp wrote:Ragian written words reminds me of a SoN!c mafia successor.
Are you trying to goad me or something?

Two players have talked to you. One with a joke and the other with a poke. That's your list...
hjelp wrote:[...] Honestly, Rag calling me scum repeatedly just seems to read as trying to get a reaction to me.
When have I called you scum? I can't recall even calling you scum at any point. You say that I've done so repeatedly. I mean, honestly, you seem really thin skinned this game, exacerbating what started as innocent banter. I didn't find you this thin skinned the last game, but the data is fickle with just one game with you.

Oh no! How can I make it up to you?

@Loose, I know you want things to happen quicker than a canon can be reloaded, but you are just going to have to be patient. D1 is nowhere near over. Pressure will build. I already have notes from the random Strike comment. However, I'll let EW settle into the game before moving on with this. It also seems that there might be surströmming to fry

Hans25 is an advertising spambot and is not - in any way - in the game.
Feel free to interrogate him using the REID technique.

Yeah, but with the host we have, I actually believe its possible that we are 11 townies, and we sit here lynching 1 townies after the other, and after there is 2 left, SoN!c says hahahaha this is the Reid technique, I tricked and manipulated you all.
Its probably only a 1% chance of something like that, but hey its sonic
