Well here's what I suggest for bonuses even though you may want to wait.

Britian 2
France 5
Vichy France 4
Western Germany 3
Siegfriend Defence 5
North Italy 2

Well i have some idea,but for these Win condition must be -hold 37 terittory,because i want to britain can not attack from continental europe,so i will give bonus for britain 0.

Wow that is an awsome imprvement. A few complaints

-Italy is too easy to defend. Either connect it to Germany or make Toulouse border the Western Task Force instead of Marseille. I think it should really be connected to Germany.
-No need for the V1 / V2 (unless you plan on making it bombardment, in which case you should clarify on the map)
-Rename France

1.How do you mean Easy to defend?You can not have all terittory same numbers of borders and attack borders,you must have some easy and some hard country to conquer.
2."Rocket Bombing" V1 and V2 present bombing of Britain(London) these is a bombarding option, and i dont know what is wrong with these(Historicaly is acurate)
3.Rename France?Please explane these.

1. if you take marseille you can hold italy from there. so just one border for italy. that's bad.
2. you have to represent that bombing or write somewhere that it uses the bombardment function of the xml otherwise people will think that's a normal one way attack route. also if that is bombardment then how the hell are you supposed to enter england? it has no connection :wink:

It doesn't matter at all what the bonus the bonus is if a person holds britain and no one can attack him then he automaticly wins

Yeah Britain is an anti-alcatraz. Find a way to attack into it, even if it means removing a bombardment.

I know qwert is hard to understand, but really... It's fine this way because you don't have to get Britain to win, and bombing the city stops the star bonus if that person is doing well.

To DiM: I think all qwert has to do is use the keyword bombardment to identify the route as such. People may not initially know what that means, but it is a part of the site now and they should learn without us making a wall of text for every map that uses it to go on the graphic.

You wrong,if you have bombardmen option and No bonuses for britain,these no mean that you win. Of course these option can work if You have win condition-hold 37 terittory,do we have these option?
Its easy,when map be quenched,change these if people wining holding britain every time.So you can not know these before you se what will hepend.

the current situation of britain is stupid. if somebody gets lucky and receives it from round 1 he gets a free bonus with nobody being able to attack him. that's stupid. what about terminator games or assassin games? that guy will have a huge advantage.
there's no way britain can remain like this.

of course i'd love to see lots of new features implemented in the map but unfortunately people are stupid and some still need to be told that a river is impassable and a bridge is passable. sometimes people are so stupid then even when you have written something on the map they still don't understand.

i've seen people complain that docks can't attack ports in AoM when it clearly says in the legend they can't. people are like that and you have to prepare. each legend must be written for a new recruit that has no idea what to do.

not very long but you still have to write it. for example if i play this map for the first time in its current form. i see the V1 and V2 arrows and assume those are one way attack arrows. i'm also stupid and have no idea about the german V rockets. so i put all my troops in belgium and attack london only to find out i can't conquer it. i rush to the forum and complain it is a bug.

you must have somewhere on the map a small explanation.
"V1+V2 can attack london but can't conquer it"


but this is besides the point. making london a reverse alcatraz is stupid because in terminator games or in assassin games the person that gets britain has a huge advantage even if it has a zero bonus.

Yes these is a second problem,but if i put to player can atack from france britain,then acuraty of these Western front is no more valid.

didn't the gremans have plans to invade mainland britian. couldn't you put this in? Then then its still accurate considering the German intentions.

sometimes accuracy has to be sacrificed for gameplay.

do you want this map to be accurate but nobody plays it or do you want it to be slightly less accurate but have great gameplay? :wink:

do you want this map to be accurate but nobody plays it or do you want it to be slightly less accurate but have great gameplay?

Yes Gimil,they have some plans,but i think that i find solution,and these is bombardmen solution for all British terittory,and these will be more acurate,because germans bombard british,and i will put other teritory to be bombard also. In that way we will solve Terminate option to,and still map will be acurate.

Now Dim,after i read"XTML TUTORIAL" i find that you complete not right with all these situation,you think if you play terminate game,and if you can not attack britain,that game can not play,but in tutorial wrote that when you put win condition-holding specific number of terittory,then oponent automaticaly loose game.

the problem was not only in terminator but also in assassin. if your target was in britain there was no way you could get an elimination. and to hold 37 terits meant you had to kill all the others. in assassin if you kill another target you lose.

but the problem is solved now that you added bombardments to all britain terits.

you only need to explain how bombardment works.

I almost want moderator feedback on how we should handle that. If the feature gets used a lot it is kind of a pain to re-explain every time and waste map space doing it.

I'd like to know how Andy or lack perceives us handling this for this map and in the future, or if they want to let the active foundry members argue it out?
