I think it's more that the organisation you linked to has been found guilty of intimidation, harassment, misuse of funds, illegal support of political candidates, and worst of all, has admitted that it helped Scott Roeder track Dr George Tiller. Roeder, of course, murdered Tiller.
It's pretty nutso.
If you think the Guttmacher Institute, or the World Health Organisation are in the same league, you're very much mistaken.
