How are you determining when the games are played? I've seen that some players have started their 2nd 6 player game.

P.S. Are you sure about your table? 1 mistake i noticed, chessplaya has completed 1 game. He's the only person other than me that i checked, so i was just wondering if you had missed anything.

This is a great tourney btw, the best i've seen since i have played here.

hmmmmm i havent completed any games since they game started with some1 that wasnt supposed to join
so we restarted that game

oh, i thought that CK had missed the game by accident, my bad.

thanks poo and I said on the first post that people will only play 3 games simultaneously, so you are unlucky because you have a few people in your next games that are active in 3 games. I have all the games figured out and when a game has players in it that have at least 1 open spot, I start it. You are waiting for chess and dixie to finish a game and then I'll open another one.

hi my 3 player game is finished , i think the player who won missed saying that he had 1 , so update the charts

CK- I wanted to let ya know that ya doing a great job running this tourny... all of my matches have been lots of fun and exciting. I had a question about the point system. I was in 4 man no card game where i won and towards the end the 2 remaining players had the same amount of armies . So I chose the player that was the strongest the whole game to eliminate last. Thinking it was only fair but I feel bad about the other player that I eliminated 2nd to last. Is there a way around that and if perhaps terminator games would help.

Probably not, since 1) you have a score of just over 1000, compared to the minimum requirement of 1600, and 2) this tournament is already full (although I don't know if reserves are still needed?).

Also - CK, should I be worried that I haven't started my fourth game yet? I only have one running at the moment, but perhaps I am just unlucky that my scheduled opponents all still have their games filled up?

ohh one other thing- i noticed that ya had to be major to join. obviously there will be swings that will make a player fall under the requirement which is unavoidable and certainly understandable, but I've noticed some have fallen to Sergeants. I play with a lot of high ranks and most of them won't play with lower ranks because of CC point system. How are ya gonna get around that? btw - I wouldn't mind...... but curious to the others that are Generals or close to.

I really don't see a reason to get around it.

In my opinion if you enter a tournament then your points losses or gains should be secondary to your tournament position or else why bother joining a tournament.

I also think that there should be an option to play tournaments without points being exchanged between participants.
