The first battle has (finally) ended; Easy N Dirty wins! Elimination games will be sent soon.
Regarding the confusion on the "tiebreaker":
Deadlocks
To avoid deadlocks, a 30 round cap will be put on the Battle phase. Any Battle games which last longer than 30 rounds will be declared null. At this point, all players eliminated in the previous Elimination phase will be "resurrected" with one (1) elimination point and a new Battle game will be created.
After 30 rounds, the Hive game no longer counted toward the tourney. You guys set up a tiebreaker just for the sake of ending that game, but that tiebreaker had no effect on the tourney either. The Steamworks game effectively replaced the Hive game.

Easy N Dirty gets a big head start to the final round, eliminating 4 players on his first try! 3 remain to contend for the trophy.

overlander eliminated Genoke, and took 2 of 5 games from Easy N Dirty.
We're down to the final two for a playoff between overlander and Easy N Dirty.

It's been a great fight between overlander & Easy N Dirty, and we're now down to the final series. The winner of this best-of-3 is the tourney champion. Best of luck!
